This custom plan of care is what sets me apart from others because I believe that is what builds long lasting and trusting relationships; a goal of mine with all my patients. Note: Dulce Vida Wellness & Beauty is a medical practice for cosmetic procedures which uses FDA approved medications/products and requires medical consent forms to be signed by every patient and approved by the physician prior to any service(s) and/or procedure(s) administered. This is a State of Texas requirement for all medical spas (med spa) that inject neuromodulators, fillers, or administer any other service(s) offered at the facility. These signed consent forms must be submitted to and approved by the physician at least 24 hours prior to your first visit and will be kept on file for all future visits.
